This is a striking shooting bag. The double flap is pierced with a distinctive "Cross of Lorraine", a very old symbol of the early fur trade. The bag has a 1 1/4" solid brass buckle on the adjusted strap. This 7" x 8" bag has a small pocket sewn to the inside divider. It also features a half gusset for increasing capacity while at the same time maintaining a slim graceful profile. The bag comes in 4 colors. Leather types are Dark brown and distressed for that broke in to look. Made in the USA by October Country, a manufacturer of muzzleloading supplies.

Leather and stitching are all just what I was hoping for. The ball bag and leather pan powder flask truly look amazing.

Really well made. For the level of construction and historical accuracy this is a bargain.

Beautiful and well made bag! The distressed leather gives it the look of an authentic period bag!

I was looking for a shooting bag that I could use with my .58 cal mountain rifle that wasn't big and bulky. This bag is excellent and maintains a sleek profile when carried. The half gusset built into the bag provides enough extra room to carry the basic necessities for a day in the woods. Highly recommend this bag.
