Shipping Information

  • Real-Time Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated in real time and may vary depending on destination, package weight, and insurance requirements.
  • Shipping Methods: We strive to ship orders via the most cost-effective and reliable method. For firearms (guns), freight charges will vary depending on your location and will be shipped via UPS.
  • Lead & Bullet Orders: Billed at actual shipping costs based on weight and destination.
  • Order Processing & Billing: Your credit card is authorized at the time of order, but you are only charged when your order ships.
  • Backorders: Backordered items are automatically canceled unless you contact us requesting otherwise. We will gladly honor your request to keep the item on backorder if you let us know in advance.
  • Item Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary. If you prefer not to receive substituted items, please inform us when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We proudly back our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • 30-Day Return Policy:
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacementstrong>, excluding return shipping costs.
  • After 30 Days:
    Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-ordered items
    • Gun kits that have been worked on
    • Guns that have been fired

These items are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.

Product Warranty

  • October Country Products:
    All products manufactured by October Country Muzzleloading are warranted against damage under normal use.
  • Third-Party Products:
    Items manufactured by other companies are subject to the warranty policies of their respective manufacturers.

Please Note:

  • A $35 service charge applies to all returned checks.
  • Foreign payments must be converted to U.S. dollars before processing.
