Credit cards are authorized when placing your order and actually charged when your order ships. Freight on guns will vary depending upon where they are being shipped in the USA by UPS. Lead and bullet orders are billed at actual shipping cost. We try to keep the shipping cost down as much as possible and send orders the least expensive route.
Our pledge is to provide a quality product at a reasonable price. However, prices are subject to change without notice. All invoices will include any price changes.
Every October Country product we sell is backed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will refund or replace at your option within 30 days, less return postage. Items returned past 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom ordered items, gun kits that have been worked on and guns that have been fired are not returnable.
Products manufactured by October Country Muzzleloading are warranted or guaranteed for damage that occurs during normal use. Products manufactured by other companies are subject their warranty and guarantee policies.
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We accept checks, money orders, and bank drafts. A $35.00 service charge will be added to any returned check. Foreign currency must be converted to U.S. dollars. Idaho residents please add sales tax.
Back orders are automatically cancelled. If you do not want your back order cancelled please notify us and we will honor your request. We have the right to substitute ordered items. If you do not want a substitute item please inform us.
