Bear Grease is an all natural patch lube designed especially for the rigors of cold weather hunting. No more "punched through" frozen patches. The exclusive blend of bear grease and beeswax, plus other natural ingredients, makes this an ideal lube for traditional shooters and re-enactors, too. Comes in a 4 oz. container. Please check your states regulations regarding purchasing and receiving this item. Made in the USA by October Country, a manufacturer of muzzleloading supplies.

I wanted a better lube for my traditional step-up. It's can get very cold where I hunt. I believe this will make it easier on me and my muzzleloader ne t season. I wish I had for this lube earlier.

I'm a little bias on this grease because it's the only grease I've ever used, but I don't see any reason to change because it works great. Good price, too.

Works well I like it.

I’ve tried a few different patch lubes and this one is by far my favorite. It’s solid enough that a dry patch doesn’t sink into it but does get coated thoroughly. If you’ve tried softer patch lubes you’ll know what I’m talking about. My accuracy increased instantly and I am very pleased. I will be buying more and telling people about it.

Probably won't get cold enough to use this as a patch lube, but other uses abound.

I use this in and outside my barrel after cleaning. Unlike oil it does not mess up the powder charge and my guns always go off

I was advised to never use petroleum products on a black power weapon. Historically rendered bear fat was used, and this produced was advised for use in preserving the metal (it also makes the stock look pretty). Especially useful for inside the barrel after cleaning. Run a dry patch through it before using.

Looks good and smells ok. Have not used it yet. Been sitting in garage here in Southern California. Temps have been over 100 and it has not melted yet

This is one of the best products I have found for patch lube and final patch down the barrel before puting the rifle up for the day. Won,t turn too soft ti hot weather.

This grease works very well in all temperatures with cap and ball revolvers to seal chambers.
